The region has in place the resources to deliver the services needed for future growth.
Electrical service is provided primarily by Duke Energy Indiana and Clark County Rural Electric Membership Cooperative (REMC), a Touchstone Energy Cooperative. A portion of western Floyd County receives service from Harrison REMC.
Natural gas is provided by Vectren Energy Delivery of Indiana, Inc. and propane gas is distributed by several vendors.
The Indiana-American Water Company, Inc., provides water to most of the area, while several other smaller independent companies cover the remainder.
