Housing starts in Southern Indian have almost doubled in the past decade. There is an abundance of housing of various types: apartments, garden homes, and starter homes, mid-priced homes, as well as executive homes. Many are located in developed subdivisions close to the area’s amenities. Others are single home sites on larger tracts of ground and many offer outstanding views of golf courses, the Ohio River and, on Skyline Drive, an excellent view of the entire region.
“More for your money’ is more than just a
slogan – it is a fact. Housing costs in Southern Indiana have always been very favorable to other parts of the region.
