Louisville, KY - Much like technology, NetGain Technologies itself is ever-evolving in the marketplace. Recently bringing Susan Masek, an Indiana native, on board as the new President of Louisville Sales NetGain Technologies is breathing new life into the branch. NetGain Technologies has increased its sales force by 66% in Q2 and is planning to expand further as the economy takes strides to recover locally. “Our ability to look at a client’s business issues from a multitude of angles and select, then design, the roadmap for the solution is something that NetGain Technologies has been working toward for over 26 years; and I am excited to be a part of that,” says Masek.

A recent success for Senior Account Executive Tucker Oldham was for a multi-location law firm. “As an organization with multiple locations, I wanted to know why the client thought they were experiencing the issues they were having and look into what was actually going on,” said Oldham. Further exploration into the client’s day to day operations uncovered that their current phone system was not meeting their needs. The client had several locations with all incoming calls routed to one single office location. Due to the lack of information available from incoming calls (see which location callers were calling from or which office the caller was trying to reach), poor voice quality and tremendous call volumes for the receptionists it was very difficult to give an immediate response to the caller, decreasing customer satisfaction.
