Percentage of sales at 3 local retail outlets will be donated

[Louisville, KY], [November 30, 2009] – Just Creations, Butchertown Market and eyedia, design it again have teamed up with Boys & Girls Clubs of Kentuckiana for special shopping events. A portion of each event’s sales will be donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Kentuckiana. Events are open to the public and will offer fun in a festive environment. Light refreshments will be served.

“Support from local businesses is critical to our ongoing operations. Through special events like this, we are able to introduce more of the community to the work we do on a daily basis and provide our existing supporters with another opportunity to interact with our organization,” said Boys & Girls Clubs of Kentuckiana president & CEO, Caroline Heine. “Boys & Girls Clubs provide a safe, positive environment where kids can spend their out-of-school time having fun, improving academically and learning important life skills under the care and guidance of trained youth professionals. We are very thankful for the support provided by our community to enable us to continue to achieve our mission.”
