Pallas Partners Acquires Six Sigma Firm Goldmark Consultants

November 30, 2009- Pallas Partners has acquired Goldmark Consultants, Inc., a Louisville KY-based firm which provides training, support and consulting services that help organizations implement more effective Business Process Improvement. Six Sigma and Lean are some of the tools utilized. Goldmark will operate as a division of Pallas Partners under its current Goldmark name. Mark Goldstein CEO of Goldmark will join Pallas as part of the transaction and head the Goldmark Division as Managing Partner. The transaction was closed on November 11, 2009.
