THE NEEDY

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (DECEMBER 16, 2009) – Carmel Financial Corporation
wraps up its 18th Annual Holiday Food Drive which benefits The Good
Samaritan Network. A. Arnold World Class Relocation’s Indianapolis
office donated warehouse space to store the collected food goods until
delivery to the Carmel Fire Department for distribution. This year
the food drive collected 95,650 cans, which will help feed over 13,000
families in the Hamilton County area.

“We’ve worked with Carmel Financial since 2004, picking up donations
and storing them in our warehouse. The people at Carmel Financial are
great to work with. Every detail is well planned and executed, and it
benefits such a great cause. We’re just happy we can help.” said Mark
Russell, General Manager of the Indianapolis branch of A. Arnold.

“Our annual food drive is driven entirely by our employees - they are
committed to helping needy families in our surrounding communities.
We’ve gone from collecting 2,280 canned items in 1992 to over 95,000
items this year. Without the help of companies like A. Arnold, who
are willing to donate their services, we couldn’t continue to do
this.” said Kathleen Thomas, Food Drive Coordinator at Carmel
Financial.
