OfficeWare Announces Fourth Annual “20 Days of Christmas” Promotion; Will Provide 20 Copiers to 20 Area Non-Profits

Nominations Now Being Accepted from Business Community

LOUISVILLE, KY --November 17, 2009 -- OfficeWare, an award-winning provider of document management and print solutions, announces its fourth annual “20 Days of Christmas” promotion. Once again the firm is giving away 20 copiers/multi-function devices with copy and print capability, to 20 local not for profit organizations over the course of some 20 days.

“This promotion has been a huge success and we want to continue to give back to the community by helping non-profits from throughout Southwest Indiana, Kentucky, and our trade area,” said Rick Maxwell, President. “In fact, we are asking the business community and general public to submit nominations so we can provide copiers to the 20 neediest organizations.”

Any non-profit organization in OfficeWare’s service area is eligible to apply, and any individual can nominate an organization. However, in order to be considered for a free copier/multi-function device, each non-profit must first qualify by filling out an application. Area organizations can apply for one of 20 ReNeW systems. These are recently returned black and white Lanier (Ricoh) and Canon systems coming off of lease or rental. The machines have qualified to go through OfficeWare’s certified ReNeW process. These digital multifunction systems can provide copy and print speeds ranging from 20 to 50 pages per minute. Each system comes with delivery, installation and network connectivity. A 30-day parts and labor warranty is provided. OfficeWare can provide ongoing service and supply contract options at the recipient’s request. If the unit is maintained by OfficeWare it will be backed by the OfficeWare Total Care Promise.
