Housing starts in Southern Indian have almost doubled in the past decade.
There is an abundance of housing of various types: apartments, garden homes, and
starter homes, mid-priced homes, as well as executive homes.
Many
are located in developed subdivisions close to the area’s amenities. Others are
single home sites on larger tracts of ground and many offer outstanding views of
golf courses, the Ohio River and, on Skyline Drive, an excellent view of the
entire region.
“More for your money" is more than just a
slogan – it is a fact. Housing costs in Southern Indiana have always been very
favorable to other parts of the region.
