Event Description:
The Real Estate Sales course prepares you for new and exciting careers in the Real Estate business. Areas covered include licensing law; terminology; math and financing; ethics; property valuation; contracts; deeds and documents; planning and zoning; settlement procedures; taxes and assessment; and property management. This course is designed to prepare you for the examination offered by the Indiana Real Estate Commission. *The college closely observes the rules and regulations of the Indiana Real Estate Commission.
